Sure, since the car isn’t worth anything. But it looks like it could be fixed if they wanted to fix it. Not saying it’d be worth the money though. Probably a good opportunity to move on to a (real) 900 or something.

Screw/zip tie the bumper back in place and it should be ready to go again.
